All candles are hand-poured and may vary slightly in appearance due to their artisanal nature. Any crystals, herbs, or spiritual elements included in our products are intended for entertainment, decorative, and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee metaphysical outcomes, and products should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Orders & Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Melted Haus reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. The Melted Haus is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages once in the possession of the carrier, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our candles, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made only if a product arrives damaged; please review our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of The Melted Haus and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Melted Haus is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for reading and following all safety instructions provided.

Your use of this website and purchase of our products are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Processing time: Orders are processed 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during restocks and holidays.

Shipping: Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Once shipped, transit times vary by location and carrier. A tracking number will be provided.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages: Once an order has been scanned by the shipping carrier, The Melted Haus is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced. If you need to change the address on any order, please send an email to themeltedhaus@gmail.com with your order number and the change of address within 24hrs of making a purchase.

Due to the handmade nature of these products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped.

Damaged or defective items: If your candle arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery.

Email themeltedhaus@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and packaging for review. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued (at my discretion)

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and The Melted Haus is not responsible for candles that are used incorrectly (ex: burned too long, wick not trimmed, etc.)

The Melted Haus collects necessary information such as your name, shipping address, email, and payment details for order processing, communication, and customer support only.

Payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments and is never stored on my servers.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.

All candles from The Melted Haus are handcrafted using premium coconut wax, high-quality fragrance oils, mica, and crystal chips. While natural variations may occur since each candle is handmade, this does not affect the safety or performance of the product.

For your safety:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, drafts, & flammable materials.
• Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting to prevent soot & uneven burning.
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Allow the wax to fully melt across the top during the first burn to avoid tunneling.
• Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains to prevent the jar from overheating or cracking.
